Terms and Conditions – Salute PKR Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and Salute PKR ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on or using any part of the Salute PKR platform — including all games, financial transactions, support services, promotional features and any other facility offered on the site — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using Salute PKR and close your account if one has already been created. Your continued use of the platform at any time after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and Salute PKR.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Salute PKR. This requirement applies regardless of the laws of your country of residence and is a strict, non-negotiable condition of access. Salute PKR reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently suspended with all associated funds voided.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Salute PKR account at any given time. If you already hold an account and register a duplicate, both accounts may be suspended. Balances held in duplicate accounts at the time of suspension are subject to forfeiture. If you have lost access to a previous account, contact Salute PKR support to recover it rather than creating a new registration.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your Salute PKR account, including your real name, contact number and date of birth. Providing false information — including misrepresentation of age, identity or contact details — is a material breach of these Terms. Salute PKR may request verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of registration information.

Account Verification (KYC)

Salute PKR operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address or payment method verification before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at our discretion. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account until the process is completed satisfactorily.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Salute PKR login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person, including family members. Any activity carried out on your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified Salute PKR of a security breach in advance of the activity occurring.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify Salute PKR support immediately via live chat or email. We will investigate the report and take appropriate action, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for losses that occurred before notification was received.

Salute PKR will never ask for your password through email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you receive a communication purportedly from Salute PKR requesting your password or full payment card details, it is not genuine — report it to our support team immediately.

Salute PKR accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are supported for deposits: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT Bank Transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Additional methods may be added or removed at Salute PKR's discretion and will be reflected in the cashier section of your account.

Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on Salute PKR is Rs 500. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of depositing. Salute PKR does not apply deposit fees, but your payment provider may levy their own charges for which Salute PKR bears no responsibility.

Deposit Processing Times

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are typically credited to your Salute PKR wallet within seconds. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing schedule. Card transactions are typically instant. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Currency

All Salute PKR balances are maintained exclusively in Pakistani Rupees. There are no currency conversions applied to deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount that appears in your account, and the PKR amount you withdraw is the exact amount that will be transferred to your nominated account — no exchange rate deductions, no hidden conversion fees.

Withdrawal requests on Salute PKR are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. If the original payment method cannot be used for a withdrawal, Salute PKR support will work with you to identify a suitable verified alternative.

Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount from a Salute PKR account is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will remain in your account balance until they form part of a qualifying withdrawal request.

Processing Time

Salute PKR processes withdrawal requests on a rolling basis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The target processing time from request to funds reaching your nominated account is under 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours depending on interbank processing schedules. Card withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days by the card network.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests may be subject to review where: the account has not completed the required KYC verification; a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not been met; there are pending security checks triggered by unusual account activity; or the withdrawal amount exceeds the thresholds that require enhanced due diligence under our compliance obligations.

Salute PKR reserves the right to request additional information or documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are not cancellable once they enter the processing queue.

Salute PKR offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are communicated at the time the promotion is offered or activated. The general conditions below apply to all Salute PKR bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

Salute PKR reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, providing false information or abuse of referral systems — will be voided and the relevant accounts suspended. Salute PKR's determination of bonus abuse is final.

Each game category available on Salute PKR — including Roulette, Baccarat, Teen Patti, PSL Betting, Live Casino, Ludo Games and Jackpot Slots — operates under a specific set of game rules which are accessible within the respective game interface. These rules govern bet placement, settlement, cancellation and dispute procedures for each game type.

RNG and Live Game Integrity

All Salute PKR slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator software. The certification confirms that results are genuinely random, statistically sound and not influenced by stake size, session history, account status or any other factor. Live casino tables use real physical equipment — cards, wheels and dice — with full audit trail logging.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a verified technical malfunction during game play — including server disconnection, software errors or equipment failure — Salute PKR reserves the right to void the affected game round or rounds. Bets placed during a malfunction period will be returned to player balances. Winnings from rounds played during a demonstrable malfunction will not be paid out regardless of the displayed result.

Disputed Results

Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with Salute PKR support within 72 hours of the game round in question. Disputes raised after this window will not be investigated. Salute PKR's internal game logs constitute the authoritative record of all outcomes and will be used as primary evidence in any dispute resolution process.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Salute PKR and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using an account on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic aid during game play
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors or technical malfunctions for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, money laundering or terrorism financing
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback or dispute a legitimate transaction with your payment provider
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Salute PKR staff, support personnel or other players
• Using a VPN, proxy or other technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
• Reproducing, scraping or distributing Salute PKR content without written permission

Salute PKR is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to the Salute PKR community seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost and without penalty to account standing:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period
• Session time reminders: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a specified duration
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your Salute PKR account with a request that your details not be used for future marketing

Setting lower limits takes immediate effect. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied. Self-exclusion is permanent and irrevocable — accounts closed via self-exclusion cannot be reopened. Salute PKR collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on Salute PKR, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your personal and financial information is protected by industry-standard SSL encryption. Salute PKR does not sell, rent or share your personally identifiable information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, fraud prevention services and regulatory bodies where required by law or by the terms of our operating licence.

You have the right to request access to the personal data Salute PKR holds about you and to request correction of any inaccurate information. All content on the Salute PKR platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, interface design, text, promotional materials, software code and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of Salute PKR or is used under licence from its respective owners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Salute PKR platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Salute PKR content without prior written consent from Salute PKR.

Salute PKR provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous uptime and reliable game performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or any specific level of service availability. Salute PKR will not be liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues outside our infrastructure or force majeure events.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Salute PKR's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Salute PKR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits or opportunity.

Salute PKR reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification or an in-platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Minor updates or corrections may be made without advance notice.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was published. If you continue to use Salute PKR after a revised version of the Terms has been published and the notice period has elapsed, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept a proposed change, you must close your account before the revision takes effect.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Salute PKR holds its operating licence. By using Salute PKR, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through Salute PKR's internal dispute resolution process.

Salute PKR's internal dispute resolution process should be the first port of call for any complaint. Contact our support team with full details of your complaint, including your account details, the nature of the dispute and any supporting evidence. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate to the relevant licensing authority.
